Whistling Sound

Ever since I put my TII hood on (still n/a, no funds right now ), I get a whistling sound whenever I hit like 55+ mph. Can anybody tell me where this is coming from and what I can do to fix it?

EDIT: I also don't have the rubber part that goes around the hood scoop if that makes a difference...

Does it sound like an airplane?

I don't know if it makes a difference but my buddy has a bike rack with now front air diffuser thing and I swear a plane is trying to land on top of us if he is driving.

it probably is the hood.

if certain things at certain angles are hit by wind just right they can make noises. like a window rolled down just a bit.

I'm pretty sure it's from the hood scoop, my dad mentions some part of it can be adjusted or something. idk.
