My transmission is stuck in reverse, the stick moves in first and second- but never engages its not able to move into (3 4 5 R) gears but is engaged in R I have found by poking around that the bearings maybe seized but I have no knowledge and for now I cannot take it to a transmission shop- Would anyone know where to get a breakdown of the tranny for a 2nd gen 1990 GLX (J) ? I need one badly. If anyone has one or knows where to get one off the net please PM me?

My car had that problem one time. I think my trans is cursed but the fix works really well. Good luck!!
