Tranny Knock
Pretty Sure its the diff mount from what ive read just want to get a few more views on it.
got the car fixed and running ok turbo working. took it up to about 3500 4000K and launched was doing ok spinning tires moving forward then loud pop noise or shotgun blast noise car seems to run fine when i **** it does a quick knock. when i left off the gas it makes a weird spinning knocking noise and when i hit the gas same thing.
like i said thinking more diff mount but could the tranny mount also cause that looked at my tranny mount and it looks odd but not sure when a good one is supposed to look like.

Sounds like a personal problem... lol - j/k man.
You ought to jack your car up on jack stands, and take a peak under there. Get familiar with the "underside" of the car before taking this on. (It definitely helps to have a Factory Service Manual.) You should be able to visually tell if the front differential mount is F'd. Get a better look at the transmission mounts, too... The transmission and differential mounts are probably old and worn out.
