Question tranny/interior seal

im talking about the seal under the shift lever, the one that when it is worn out and you open the sunroof or windows, the vacuum turns your car into smog storage.is there a quick fix to this? is there a way i can rig it? or is the best way to buy a new gasket/seal?

Order all new bushings/boots, and your problem will be solved.
