Arrow Starter help!

I made a diagram and I need help to which wire connects where on the starter this diagram is of the back of the starter where the wires connect.

One wire has a black plastic sheild on it and the other is plain which goes where?

STARTER...IN OTHER words dont connect the large wire to the same post as where the large wire coming out of the starter housing is already going. Connect it to the post without anything on it. Gone for the day now.
