my friends 90 stuck in 1st after hard cornering and now it wont go into any other gears. the rubber boot around the shifter is partly melted but i dunno if thats gonna matter. the clutch pedal still works fine so i dont think its hydralics.thanks for all the help

 

if the master cyl or slave failed then it would not shift.

Does the slave cyl rod move when you push in the clutch???
