TPS STILL not working

I just recently purchased a working TPS and installed it on my car and i'm having trouble getting it to work. I've been using this link to try and fix the problem http://www.fc3spro.com/TECH/HOWTO/TPS/tps.html The TPS is plugged in, but i'm not getting a response from the motor when I adjust the large adjustment screw on the TPS. What would cause the TPS not to function?

ok well i played with the adjustment screw and took the car out and it DID make a difference. Atleast now I know that the TPS is good. I'm going to check it in the morning and try to get it set to the properly.
