TPS Screw GONE
TPS Screw GONE
Went to adjust it and theres no adjustment screw there... I guess if I find out the thread size all I'll need is a bolt and a nut. Anyone know the thread size?

Listen, all it is is a screw and a nut. Get a screw that fits the hole, and a nut on the end. The tension will keep it from sliding around if it's loose. I've had to do that sooo many times for various things it's not even funny. IT WORKS.
Yeah i figured i'd find something today, just figured if I got the right thread size before I left it would make it a bit easier, but no tradgedy i'll get something in there. Might even eliminate alot of problems when i do

So you have been driving around for how long without that screw? I might just look at some of your old posts and see how many of your problems were most likely related to that one very important screw!
I couldn't find a screw, so I said "screw it" and took the whole thing out and chucked it.. Every less pound is a little more fastness right? Another problem solved on my own... Thanks Though!

TPS=Throttle Position Sensor. Kind of important as it tells the ECU what the current position of the fun pedal is. Car will not run without it after it has warmed up.
No, that post was a joke... Thought it would be fun to see a few replies
. This should have been a clue "Every less pound is a little more fastness right?" But then again... forget it lol........ I got a screw and some nuts and it in and its adjusted. Hope every one didn't go rip the TPS out of the car

I guess i'll go get a bunch of screws around that size and get something to work.
