TPS Resolved!!
Don't know who really cares, but I thought i'd let those who helped me info know that my car is completely fixed!!
I had a problem with the idle hunting during startup, hesitation, poor decel, and crappy idle.
Got a new TPS and the only problems were the warm idle and poor decel. Both I thought would be caused by the TPS being out of adjustment.
So tonight, I used the info provided and slap a meter to the TPS. Hunting for lines that varied in voltage, then to the one that controls the lower half of the throttle range. I have never tried to adjust it before, because the nut on the back of the screw, and I was never at the right place with the right tools...
After hooking up the meter to the right wire, I noticed that the voltage was 2.8v. Hmmm shouldn't this be 1.0v?! Turned the screw and the voltage shot up more than I thought it would for 1/2 a turn. Cranked that f0cker around a couple of time and got it down to 1.00-1.01 and hear a refreshing click noise. Hopped in the car, cranked it. Smoooooooooth idle. Drove it around and it was actually smooth below 2k in the gears!! Accel/decel both smooth as it could be (more so than it ever was). Even the occasional miss at idle has completely dissapeared!
Now that I got all that BS outa the way I can spend money to make it go faster!!!
Thanks to all those that helped me along the way!

pretty weird that we both have 91 T2's and both the TPS's went to **** at the same time. hahaha
