TPS output voltage when cold???
car: '87 TII
I would geatly appreciate if someone provides that reading @ around 60-65 deg F ambient.
I'm having trouble getting to op-temp to adjust to spec w/the re-assembled engine. I made the mistake of messing with the cold/fast idle and TPS while the upper manifold was off.

If you're not able to run your car you could take a pot of boiling water and pour it over the Thermowax aspect of the car and adjust the Fast Idle Cam as necessary. Then pour some more boiling water on the Thermowax after it has been set properly and then adjust the TPS to 1 volt. Not sure if this is what you're looking for.

Or you could remove the intercooler................then reach over to the rear of the throttle body and lift up on the screw that rests on top of the waterthermowax's piston. when you lift up............the throttle linkage goes to full closed just as if the engine was fully heated up.
Then with the TPS connector connected to the EM harness, backprobe the green/red wire (on the half of the plug that is part of the EM harness) and adjust til the digital meter reads 1vdc. Done.
You might have to keep that screw lifted up doing this. Depends
