TPS - Low Closed Ohms on Narrow Range

JDM S5 Tii

We redid our ohm readings on the TPS as described on FSM F2-81 and the numbers are all right on except the Closed reading on the Narrow Range came in at .4ko instead of the specified .8-1.2ko's.

My search didnt turn up anything.

Is that deadly?

I doubt it'll affect things. The TPS plungers are never in all of the way at idle, so the ecu will never see that low of a resistance value. The real tests are whether there are dead spots in the sweep or if the ecu throws a code.
