I have a 87 rx7 na and i did the intake manifold porting and such and when i put the darn thing back together i had the tps NOT connected to the throttle body but i still had the electrical connecter hooked up because the tps kept on messing up my idle even after i had it adjusted with DVOM. Now i was wondering if there were any pros or cons to having it like this? Because i found a TPS at the junk yard and such but dont know if it works because it was out in the rain but heh i love the lil flames i get from having it disconnected.

 

damn Marlon, can't you do anything by yourself? hehe, j/k. Damn thing backfires like crazy though, with decent flames now and then.
