TPS adjustment question

im going to be adjusting my TPS tomorow. iv already made the tester.

im wondering what way i should be rotating the TPS. i read somewhere that when adjusting it you should get it to where both light are active on the tester, then adjust it from there so that only 1 light is active. im wondering which way to adjust it(clockwise or counter clockwise).

any clarification on this procedure or insight into anything i might be doing wrong would be helpful.

thanks
