torque spec for 13b motor mount

alright, i'm putting on a new rubber pad onto the bracket. haynes manual only gives the torque spec for bracket to engine bolts. i want to make sure i tighten this to the right spec. anyone know what the rubber pad to bracket bolt torque is?

Right engine bracket - 46-69 ft lb

All I could find, probably for the bracket to engine bolts, I doubt the mount to body torque setting matters much, just do it 70ft lbs and call it good.

I like to use the German standard - "tightenough".
Don't use the other German standard - "fuckintight"
