Torque setting on IM

Hey guys, im working on my buddies 10AE right now and We just need to know what the torque settings are for the lowering intake manifold bolts? The Haynes manual says 14-19 ft/lbs but that seems kinda low? I dunno i just wanna make sure. Lemme know ASAP PLEASE!

Sounds about right...
Why do you think it needs to be on tighter?
There's 4 nuts and one bolt down the center.
That's a lot of fasteners for something that takes no stress?

Just put mine on the other day and those number are correct - at least for my '91 NA.
