torque help!

ok here is what i need help with guys! i need help to build my car a little more torque and at least 200 hp on my 1991 n/a, i wanted to know if i put the following bolt ons would bring up my torque and bring me to 200hp thanks guys!
1) apex n1 cat back
2) race pipe no cats
3) pacesetter or other types of header
3)k@n intake/ or apex
i dont have alot of money to have the motor ported, but how much would a porting job cost????

200 hp at the wheels or the e-shaft? At the e-shaft, yes. At the wheels, no probably not without some porting. Torque won't be much affected, but your top end will SCREAM.

Porting is something you should do if you've already got your engine torn down. Don't worry about it until you're ready to drop a new engine in.

there is no way you can get both. adding a full exhaust with headers (not pacesetter!!) and an intake will give you more HP, but less bottom end... 200 will be very hard to reach with out porting. porting will cost well over 1000 because you need to tear the engine down and rebuilt it at the same time.

If you dont port, go with race pipe, not header
