torn convertable top

I've got a 1990 S5 convertible, the rear of the convertible top was typically torn on both sides right above the quarter panels when I got the car, about an inch on each side...ive had the car for about 6 months now, its sat outside all winter and the tarp covering it flew off today, I realized the vert top has torn much much more. almost the entire top has torn now, the whole bottom edge from one side of the car to the other. this is quickly going to go from a convertible car to a permanent, roofless vehicle unless I can figure out how to replace that. any pointers? any tops for sale? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
