Hey guys just wondering if any of you know of any companies that build upgraded top mounts for the TII, i know that ARC is one of them but is there any others.

any particular reason for upgrading ur top mount?

you are better off going front mount, they work much better. top mounts are disadvantaged b/c they sit on top of the engine that is hot and heat rises. You might as well go for some sort of front mount. if price is an issue, you can put a kit together for yourself or you can watch the forums or ebay for a used one. Your other option would be to spray methanol.

I thought about this for a long time and found a old school greddy fmic, and i'm glad I bought it. It made for me a night and day differance. i suggest not to buy a upgraded tmic. There is a fairly large thread about this, just need to find it.

 

ARC and HKS make/made upgraded TMIC's. RE Amemiya advertised one but it appeared to be a stock intercooler with half of another core attached.

 

yeah the RE intercooler is a "1.5" intercooler, its 1.5 stock intercoolers put together. best for a mild setup, most likely
