Is this too much for an 89 TII?

73000 miles
some rb bolt-ons (dp, intake, exhaust)
needs new clutch
possible boost problems
and some other stuff, but the body is good condition

i agree with neofreak. S5 TII in my area generally go for 5K minimum. no matter what problems it's got.
