anyways... after getting my S-afc in last week it was time for some tuning. I got a date with a local pro tuner and his motec wind band 02 sensor (the only way to do it!!). we took my stock o2 and put that one in. with a screen inside the car to look at.
anyways with my mods:
FD rewired pump
3" TID with k&N cone
crane hi-6 ign box
RB turbo back 3" exhuast with custom 3" high flow cat
G-force ecu chip
manual boost control at 9-10psi.
S-afc (duh
)
(stock engine, turbo, IC, and injectors)
it was pretty rich. runing low 10:1's we leaned out the whole s-afc. I think the g-force richens up the top end by alot! he had to lean out 6-7k rpm to -13% and we leaned it out -4% from 1-5k rpm
and low settings is all -7% from 1-5k rpm.
**warning to not use these settings!!! you may blow your engine. get it tuned yourself. everyone is different.***
it pulls much harder now!!
and should give better gas millage. best of both worlds

but now the best part (that wasn't it?)
while letting the 02 sensor cool down before removal I was doing some looking around his shop. hmm looks like a white FC convertable outside the shop off to the side!!. hmm no front end and a tarp over the roof.
walks around back. hmm S5 lights and no exhaust
walks around front. looks through hole in front end. hmm, custom motor mounts, and a round intake manifold, it's either a comso 13b re, or a 20b!!
so lets count the intake runners

then he's gota get it running with a standalone computer
