Question TO4E and HKS FCON questions (searched)

I searched this out, and researched it as well, but am still going to ask for some advice, or opinions rather. Here is how my car sits currently, 13k on the atkins rebuild.

- removed -
acv
egr
aws
bac
airpump
split air pipe
main cat
precat
cold start assist
thermowax
rats nest

- mods -
2.5" dp
2.5" midpipe
2.5" cat back
ebay muffler
tb mod
ported tb
fcd
corksport ss oil cooler lines
ACT 6 puck clutch

- electrical -
apexi autotimer
panasonic headunit
autometer boost gauge

Stock turbo replaced with new stock S4 rebuild, ported wastegate. fuel pump is a new stock unit. There are many many other new parts on the car as well. My next purchase is going to be an HKS FCON with pressure sensor, FCD, and everything necessary to plug it into the car and use it. It is pre-programmed for the stock turbo and mods. at this time. (there is a to4e chip/rom available). I also intend on getting a warlboro fuel pump. That will be about all I can afford until summer. I may be able to piece my project togehter as money comes in over winter, but won't be able to install everything till summer at least.

I want to run a TO4E turbo. I have read and searched, and want to know what the best specs for a TO4E are, or reccomended specs. at least. I was going to get a to4e with 60-1 trim on the compressor side, and a .58 A/R on the exhaust side. I have been told that .58 A/R on the exhaust side is too small, and that .8x or even 1.0 is what should be run. I got my original specs from a forum member who was running that specific turbo on his car at one point, and said that it was a great setup.

As far as fuel, and other modifications. The FCON will already be installed, as well as the fuel pump. I will have to purchase the ROM for the t04e from HKS. I also was planning on running 720 secondaris, or 720's all around, and then running an RE intake elbow with 2 additional 550s. I will be using an HKS AIC II to control the second set of injectors. I also wat to run an HKS boost controller, and am going to get the HKS GCC to better tune the FCON. Obviously the car will also need an FMIC as well.

What else should be used for this setup? I know the car will need a new turbo manifold, a BOV, and maybe an external wastegate. (?) Along with other common/reccomended stuff like possibly an elec. cooling fan, aluminum rad. new silicone hoses, etc. What other things should I use, what in your opinion should I get? What are others reccomended specs. for the TO4E? Should I get an RTEK chip as well to run with the FCON? Just looking to see if im on the right track, and what else is needed. If I'm going to modify the car, I want to know everything that should be looked at, replaced, and modified for this setup...

Thanks,
Chirs

For the cost of the fconn, 720's, AIC elbow, and addtional 550's you could get close to snagging a pair of 1600cc secondarys and a used e6k.

If you're dead set on using the stock ecu I wouldn't bother with the fconn. You're best bet would be either using a pair of additional injectors controlled by an e-manage or haltech f5.
The optimal place for additional injectors is definitely NOT before the throttle body. Buy a couple of injector bosses and have them welded onto the 2nd and 3rd intake runner. Like Dale Clarks old set up:

.58 is a pretty small, when you port the motor its gonne be even worse, your top end is gonna die off as the turbo would be more of a bottle neck flowing too much from those big ports,, but u'll make lotsa good low end torque

haltec or microtec would be the way 1600cc secondaries with 550 primaries enough for 400hp,

the only reason I'm going to go with the FCON is because I can get a really good deal on one. ($225 shipped with FCD, pressure sensor, etc.) I can get an AIC II for about $300. I intend to get most of the parts second hand, off the forum, etc. What A/R would be reccomended for the TO4E on the exhaust side? .8x or higher? should i use a 270 degree thrust bearing, or 360? I don't know much about turbos besides the trim and A/R stuff...so any help is appreciated.
