TO4 turbo2

Can i use a to4 with my stock i/c if i keep the boost around 10psi
My t2 mods are
3inch custom exhaust,hks ssqbov,tilton clutch, cold intake , walbro ,2 extra 550cc injectors,safc, blitz dual sbc,a/f gauge, hks boost gauge,egt gauge,

It depends on the efficiency of the compressor. The stock IC can flow alot of air through the core, but in it's stock location it doesn't get alot of cooling air through it. The lower the efficiency of the compressor, the higher the dicharge temp. The IC needs to be able to dissipate that heat. I've seen 350hp FCs with stock ICs but remember high intake temps increase the chance of detonation.
