TKT cold air intake... help plzz?
I've search, cannot find the thread. Its the only intake kit i've seen that acually brings in cold air from the front end under the bumper.
I keep thinking Checkpoint engineering, but i cannot find the site.
thanx for the help.
Btw if anyone has this kit, what do you think of it ?

Get one of these and cut a 5inch hole in your're front bumper. I like to chip the hell outta the paint while doing this, it gives it a custom look.
Then proceed to use some professional redneck endorsed drier hose for the tubing to the intake. You can find it at any local hardware store or Home Depot. Cardboard can be substiuted for the drier hose. Possibly sewer pipe if you're reeeellly feelin rich..
As you can see this works quite well for ferrets as well. I have done this to my car and have gained 20 horsepower alone on my old N/A and ran 11's in the 1/4. Plus It makes your RX7 look mad pimp in the highschool parking lot.

And i'm not bitchin about the price, i know quility and performance cost money, but i'm poor so it seems expensive, and more than half the price of my FC ( yes i'm getting damn good deal)

TKT...isn't that Turn Key Terror or something like that??? I'm pretty sure that Pettit Racing has a full package/array of items like that.

I'll have a Coke!
yes it is and i was wondering why he used that phrase when i don't even think Checkpoint uses it on there website at all. this better not become another F&F catch phrase or else i'm going to kick some A$$.
anyways, Pettit almost exclusivly works on 3rd gens, but they might do some major work on a 2nd if you ask them nicely.
