Either you are lying now, or your brother lied.
Does not exist, nor should it.

K then you`re lying. Pics don`t show material, pics show colour.
The material and machining costs of this would be well over $10,000, nor is the material suited to this application: thats why NO ONE, including Formula 1, runs a titanium crankshaft. Its a waste of time, money, and material.

If you were going to machine a new e-shaft, vacuum-formed 4340 or, even better, 4340 Modified (300M), heat-treated and shot-peened would be the material to use.

As the kids like to say, "pics or it didn't happen".

There is a possibility is that it was a custom part. The more likely possibility is that it doesn't exist.

I just received 6 parts today that are made from titanium. They are 8.25" long by 1.3" dia. Its basicly a hollow tube with a few ports cut in to it. Each one was $661.

I also have a 2 more complex "housings" coming with in the next couple of weeks, they cost $3,908 ea. These measure 25" x 3.63" dia with a lot of machining on them.

This is just to give you an idea of material cost.

Oh yeah this is work related stuff not car stuff......I'm in Houston so you figure out what line of work I'm in...haha!

Sorry no pics..... top secret stuff.
