Tires: What to get?
Ok currently have Kumho Ecsta All seasons and they arent too bad but they are all seasons and dont allow too much in the line of parking lot drifting and the usual just getting it sideways but they still wear nice. What are some good tires for doing this kind of thing? I would also like to keep the price $150 or under a piece.

I got the falken zeik 912's, seem alrite. 40psi makes them feel alrite, 45 will make you slide easy as hell.
205/50/15 btw
The sidewall just feels too soft, I'd suggest 40is in the rear, I don't got new tires in the front yet I'm sure the fronts at 36-38 would feel good my current 30 dollar a piece tires n the front are at 38 and they are good, cept the tires are bad.

I've been running 235/40/17's ($64 bux each off ebay) and they have held up great as front tires. I don't drift with them in the rear. I use crap tires for drifting in back.
I use them in the rear for NASA HPDE and they kick ***.
I'd compare them to Yokohama es100's but at half the price. They hooked me with the price and performance and wear.

I'm really happy with mine. They stick like dry rape and I've never had any problems hydroplaning (yet).
Make sure to get balanced though, it makes a world of difference. Especially after changing out suspension if you recently did it.

Check Consumer Reports. Kumho rates in the middle.
Top rated performance all season, in order:
Dunlop SP Sport 5000
Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S
Falkien Ziex ZE 512
Continental ContiProContact
Michelin Pilot XGT H4
Bridgestone Potenza RE950 (but they supposedly keep their grip longer)
CR didn't rate the Feddy's and I've never seen them, so I can't say anything about that.
