tire rub

i had my stock bbs vert rims on an s4 t2 then i put on my aftermarket ASA they are a 17x7 with a 215/45-17 tire size and i run 30-35lbs of pressure in them... also i have KYB struts and tein springs.... well the problem is the tire rubs on top of the fender well... wats the problem i am running a 15mm spacer too... tthis shoudl be the same tire height s stock BBS vert rims with 205mm tires... i did math and they are same but for some reason they run only on top...when i hit bumps and if the car is squating to either side while handling.

You need to find out what offset the 17s are, and what made you decide to use spacers? If you take them off I'm sure it will solve your rubbing issue...

7" wide usually run about a +40 offset.
Running the 15mm spacer pushes it out to an effective +25 offset, which will get pretty close to the fender lip.
This is just a guess...

Do you know what the offset of those wheels are?

Why are you running those spacers?

Take the spacer off and see if the problem precedes.

using that 15mm spacer brings your wheels to a +25 offset which will make the tire rub the fender.

take the spacers off and the tires won't rub. Or go with smaller spacers such as 10mm spacers.

ya but rub on the top of the fender well? Theoretically the bbs vert with 205s and my ASA's with 215's should be the same height.. that means there should be no rubbing even wit spacer...

The offset is different between the bbs wheels and the ASA's, that's what's causing you to rub.
