Question Timing Questions?

How do you check the timing on a 1987 TII? And what are the symptoms with bad timing? Any help is appreciated.

Wow..

Timing is checked with a timing light. There are 2 notches on your e-shaft main pulley. Put the timing light on L1, and make sure the first mark (read one to the right) lines up with the timing pin.
