Timing Issues

Maybe I'm being stupid but i thought it was just unloosen the bolt and it would move? My timing is completly retarded...

It may have not been moved in awhile, the aluminum can corrode a bit. With the engine off, tap it a bit with a rubber hammer and then twist it with both hands. Or you can use an oil filter wrench.
