Timing Adjustment

I know how to adjust the timing but which way is which. I am running way to rich.

Why are you running rich?

Turn CAS clockwise to advance timing.

Use a timing gun. Make sure the engines warmed up. Hook up the timing light lead to the L1 wire. Then check to make sure the yellow mark on the pulley is aligned with the timing light. If it isnt use the crank angle sensor to make small adjustments. I believe twisting clockwise is going to advance the timing.
