'know the timing?' To set it you'll need a timing light, and to keep your idle at 750rpm. Have you checked your cats? And is it your coolant that's overheating? Or is your exhaust overheating lamp coming on? Give us some more info

my add coolant buzzer and light keeps going off and it only over heat when i drive it for a good hour or so..new radiator..oem themostat..electric fan...radiator flushed

mine kinda overheats(gets to 1/3rd on the gauge) when im driving 70 or over, backfires a little bit and my idle is all over the place. Sounds a little like your problem rotary baby.... bumpity also
