Yep... in the drivers kick panel.

If the fuse is good, but the clock still resets, then you need to fix the cold solder joints in yours, or buy a rebuilt clock/warning panel (which I do stock on my website).

yep... I pay $10 for non tested wiper switches, Logicons, and $5 for clock warning panels (unless you have a 86 clock warning panel with an red/orange clock.. then I give more)

i was thinking about something people could do who wanted to ditch the logicon (who most likely ditched their a/c), but needed a way to turn on their heater for defrosting (and maybe a little warmth). how hard would it be to retain a few wires and hook up a **** for the heater? i was thinking either a off/1/2/3 type, or a variable resistor type. as for me, i would always have it set to aim at the windshield. i figure a **** is lighter (okay, that i'm not worried much about) and much smaller.
this idea came about for those who have or plan to buy the carbon fiber stereo surround and dont want an entire logicon for just their heater.
if this idea is stupid in your opinion, let me know and why. if not, i have a working logicon that, if i ever remove, i would trade for a **** and instructions.

it would be pretty easy to do. The sliders now are just sliding reostats and the buttons just latching switches

i've always wondered how "latching switches" worked. i've never seen a schematic of them.
i figured it would be easy, maybe i should go through the trouble to do it. i'm not an electrician, so i wouldnt know what amp load a switch could handle or what to look for. i figure it would be simple, but i dont like doing something unless i'm very confident in myself. last thing i need is something else that starts fires in RX7s. and to be the creator of it...
