I need to know, just how long would it take an experienced mechanic to remove the intake mani on a turboII, inspect the injectors and FPD, and put it all back together?

My mechanic is charging me for a certain number of hours, I want to see if some of you experienced wrenchers agree with it.

2 hours max???????? saying he doesnt know **** about RX-7s i could do it like an hour tops making sure everything was torqued to specs and i could even clean it while i was at it

 

shoudnt take longer than a hour but alot of mech charge more time than it really takes. so prob 2. thats enough time to inspect it all put it back together and take a nap

 

holy $hit. I'm gonna find me a new mechanic!

 

afte ou vacume spider is removed then it takes like 10 minutes, seriously, but watch out for the uim gasget, i was helping chris-reedtn take his off and i riped it, so he danced around in a circle for about 20 minutes and yelling "****!!!!!!!" it was all very gravy, good times were had by all...
