Time to contact RotaryResurrection?

My 89 TII needs help!
I know I've posted threads on some of these issues on my car before, but I was hoping to get confirmation that the engine needs a rebuild.(hopefully from those of you who have been there and can give me a confident, accurate verdict)
I've put together a list of symptoms, a list of mods and everything else I've ever done to the car, and one particular problem that resolved itself.

Symptoms:
1: Oil becomes noticably thinned by gas in a matter of 2 weeks.
2: Whenever the car enters boost range, blue smoke comes out of the exhaust.
3: Engine has a miss at low RPM/Idle.
4: Car accelerates faster when boost guage is below 0mmHg
5: Car has a miss and runs less aggressively under boost.
6: My (unmodded)86 NA has always run faster and stronger in the 2 years I've owned this car.

MODS/Troubleshooting:
1: Racing Beat turbo-back exhaust.
2: Rebuilt stock turbo.
3: Apexi twin chamber BOV
4: Racing Beat FCD
5: RX7 FD fuel pump
6: Checked for vacuum leaks
7: Checked for intake/intercooler leaks.
8: Compression check showed 3 distinct peaks at 87PSI on each rotor
9: Beefed up engine grounds
10: Replaced spark plugs and wires.
11: Replaced fuel filter.

Electrical problem?:
1: For a 1.5 week period of time it was nearly impossible to achieve boost.
2: When boost reached mmHg, the car would begin to severely miss, acceleration would become impossible, and the temp guage would begin bouncing like crazy.
3: This problem would occur somewhat randomly and has since resolve itself.

If it needs to be rebuilt, I'll be looking to get it underway the week of Dec 8th(Kevin, I'll probably be contacting you soon )
Thanks a million

well your compression is obviously low so you do need a rebuild. it may not take care of all your problems, though. have you checked your secondary injectors? they might not be hooked up correctly. check the injector clips.

Is the compression the only reason you say it needs a rebuild?
P.S. I'll check the secondaries soon

do a compression test then. you can also check the play on your turbo. that might be gone.

I just had the turbo rebuilt and checked the compression(as stated above).
Anybody else got a verdict for me?

these are just guesses

leaky injectors/check your injectors
bad oil control ring
Check your timing. What does your car idle at?
Your BOV might be leaking.
Your engine is on its way out.

1: Yeah, I'm gonna check those next time i'm home
2: How might I check the oil control ring?
3: The idle varies(day to day) between 500 and 850 with a small miss
4: Would I see boost on my guage if it was leaking? I was having this problem before I installed the BOV
5: I hope not, but I'm preparing for it.

Thanks walken, there are a couple things you mentioned that I didn't think of.
