TII UIM w/ N/A LIM??

Question TII UIM w/ N/A LIM??

will the TII UIM mate with the N/A LIM? does anyone know or can test for me? i need the intake manifold to be on the right side on a N/A motor.

um........no i don't think it would mate up since 6port vs 4port type thing but u could use a t2 lower intake manifold on ur n/a
wut are u planning to do?

Still Aaron, you have to admit that this isn't as bad as the "can i put a turbo on my non turbo" threads.

In regards to the question, I'm not sure. If nothing else, you can swap the TII UIM and LIM onto the NA block.

might want to do a titch of port matching on the LIM so it flows a little nicer into the engine.

what would be the advantage of using a T2 LIM on an NA, or using both T2 UIM and LIM on an NA?...

nothing.... then u would have to use a differnt throttle body and then ah it gets confusing

or rather, the same throttle body turned upside down and facing the opposite direction. only advantage would be if you were gonna do some forced induction with it and having it facing that direction worked better for you than the opposite way.

i got a lower intake manifold from a t2 that has matched ported holes...so it matches the n/a block..thx to um...cliff...but been to busy to get it all together to run the monster

You can't be serious....

Aluminium and iron oxide make thermite, but only if mixed in the correct ratio. And thermite takes some serious heat to light off, so it's doubtful that it's an issue.

People have been grinding aluminium for more then a few years...
