Okay, so everything seems to go wrong when my girl drives my car. She brought it back from a trip to the store, and said it "wouldn't come out of 2nd gear." So I checked it out. It drove fine at first, but at one point, it felt like the entire shifter was turning.. not just the ****... Like the ball that goes into the assembly was just turning away. Then it wouldn't come out of gear. So I took the shifter assembly apart just now, and sure enough, the shifter was just spinning around, due to the pin that comes out of the assembly, being constantly stuck inside, not holding the shifter in place. I tried to get the **** back in, but it's not budging. I'm quite sure that's the only problem here, but if anyoneknows how to fix it, I'd be much abliged. Thanks.
