TII swap questions

ok i have a 88 na that i am thinking i may do a TII swap into but i don't know if i want to go for a s5 or s4 swap. i already have a TII tranny, driveshaft, and rearend. i know that the s5 is more powerful and all that, but i also already have a s4 TII ECU and full wiring harness. so doing the s4 would be easier. but is it worth it to just try to get a s5 ECU and try to modify my s4 harness? i can also get a 14b turbo for free from a friend of mine. so should i get that and do the s4 or what? pretty much any constructive comments are welcome.

are you going stock....or are you going to port it....if i was you i would send your computer to rtek and have it flashed but it would be easier to just do the s4 swap but you should do a nice street port on it

Use an S4, an S5 will make you rewire a whole lot of the car. Stay within the same series.

ok sounds good everybody so if i do it ill go s4 then. i think the plan would be to just buy a street ported block and then port the intake and exhaust manifold to go with it. i am talking about the mitsubishi 14b turbo but do you think it would be better to just use the stock one? also what kind of boost could i get out of the stock turbo? is it easier to swap harnesses between the TII and the na or modify the na one?

In addition to doing a tremendous amount of research because most swap related questions have been answered, use your na one..........it is much easier.
