tii swap parts comprehensive parts list

I am going to make the leap and swap the engine myself. I wanted to start buying the parts now and want to make sure I have everything when it comes down to doing the swap. I have researched it and this is the list so far:

Need for swap:

Engine (and everything required to do a full tuneup ie oil change, coolant flush, new thermostat, new hoses, new belts etc.)
ECU
Wiring Harness
Fuel Pump
boost gauge (just to be safe)
tii throttle cable
...there has to be more

Recomended for the swap:

tii transmission
tii driveshaft
tii rear end
...

Any revisions and price quotes next to everything would be helpful

i am doing a swap as we speak mine is from s4 na to s5 turbo

Engine 1600 plus another 200 in random parts
ECU i got my s5 n374 for 100
Wiring Harness 120
Fuel Pump i got a fd pump for 20
boost gauge 80
tii throttle cable 50

also you will need

downpipe and exhaust to fit it (at least a couple hundo)
maf 100
boost sensor 30
and you might as well replace all your vacuum lines while your at it also

thats all i can think of for now
i would say you will spend about 2000ish, i am well over 4k into my swap and i didnt even spend money on tranny and driveshaft and all that im just using the n/a drive train for now.

if you are swapping s4 t2 engine in do not use t2 wiring harness. much easier to use na one. I have had no trouble at all after swapping mine in last summer.

if you plan on keeping stock boost level, keep na trans rear dshaft and axles, just upgrade to a stronger na clutch.

Don't forget Plumbing for the turbo motor TID, intercooler, TURBO, misc. hoses, etc.
