TII Swap Exhaust and other Questions

I'm getting a complete long block and transmission, do I need any parts so that the exhaust will match up or no? I have stock exhaust except a cat-back on my car now.

Ok thanks. I'm getting all of this:
Motor
trans
ecu
engine harness
coils
bps sensor
afm
turbo inlet duct
starter
oil cooler and lines

Do I need anything else besides the downpipe?
