TII Stub shafts and half shafts

I am just about to purchase a tii diff and half shafts. The diff is S5 and the half shafts are S4. I thought this was fine, but I just found posts stating there are differences in stub shafts. Do I need to worry about what I get? The post I found the differences in were talking about doing a FD torsen LSD, so maybe it only applies there. Any information is appreciated. Wanna get going with my build.

the stub shafts are in the diff, I dont believe there to be any difference in half shafts.

Issue with the stub shafts is if you brake one and are trying to rebuild what you have- then you need the same length stubs
