TII running w/out rats nest

can it be done i saw a gxl with no rats nest just wanna know if it can be done w/TII and stock ecu?

i'll tell you something rather than just telling you to search. I'm in the middle of putting together a TII without the rats nest. Actually, i thought it was much easier than having to figure out all that old vacuum piping and putting it back together. Its real simple: run new fuel lines, trace the vac lines on the rats nest and put the ones you still need where they go(FPR to LIM, LIM to UIM, purge valve, WASTEGATE, maybe a few others...) Oh and buy or make block off plates for the Air Control Valve, the BAC if you take it off, and if you want, you can cap off the split air hole to make it look better. I left the split air pipe hole open because its not worth the ten minutes it would take for me to make a block off plate.

for more detailed info, there's a sticky here in the 2nd gen section. It doesnt have pictures and neither do i, pics would definitely be helpful and if i hadnt been working alone, i would have taken some while i did it.
