Whats the word on the engine then, is it sick, or it's just the turbo's you've had?

if you ran a 14.07 1/4 mile then i should be able to tap into the 13's with the mods i got. wish i could tap into the 12's instead all in due time though

too bad with your luck on turbos--rebuild it dude?

the engine is fine the oil seal is going on the turbo we put on. i looked under the hood on the outlet pipe its dripping with oil...... i could send this to get rebuilt but if i'm gonna spend that much $$$ might as well get a custom manifold, external wastegate, yadda yadd

yeah 13's aren't that hard to do. best mod is to learn how to drive. i can squeek .07 out of my shifting probably. i have no luck so i come to expect stuff to break when its not supposed to. guess that's why i have 3 rx7's the first time you run your car you probably won't run a high 13 its gonna take practice. this is the sixth (i think) time i've gone drag racing with my car and i almost edged out the high 13 atleast my car has a better timeslip than my friends 240sx with sr20det. that's what really matters

a rebuild kit is like $110
My car was puffing mad smoke at high boost a couple of days before I blew some minor part(I have not opened the engine yet) still accelerates good ar high rpm
but low sucks
maybe the turbo went bad too
You sure in your case it's not a engine oil seal?

or maybe your oil pressure is too high?

i let the master - judge ito check it out. at the track i popped the hood outlet pipe of turbo was coated in oil. so its def the turbo not the engine. oil pressure is fine. i just have no luck. i'd rather it be the turbo than the engine anyway i'll find out real soon about what i'm gonna to make the car not smoke and go faster

I averaged a 14.01 and my personal best was a 13.93 with the same mods except the flywheel, but i did have a cat-back. My turbo was wayyy sick. So 13's shouldn't be that far off. Good luck. Remember..."focus on the moment"

i mean 13's for you, because with my blown motor i would surprised if i can limp through the traps at 45 seconds. SOON to COME vengeance to all the redneck V8's in WEST TEXAS.

well not to brag you know

external Mods:
3" exhaust... period! = 13.5@105MPH@10PSI

you can ask Little Donny he has seen my car at the track

Plans are:
fix what ever broke in the engine and re-seal it
everything was new
run a aftermarket EMS
stock turbo
upgraded injectors
pump and reg

and run mid 12's jsut to prove ReTed wrong that you cant achieve sub 12's on a stock Turbo on a TII with no weight reduction

Where ya been man?

OHh I think you forgot to tell them one minor detail.

You have your engine in an N/A body which is lighter

But still you only payed like $80 for the exhaust or something liek that right?

Or wasit $180?
