Angry TII is misbehaving

alright. well a few weeks ago, i posted about my TII not running correctly. Well i replaced the TPS and its better but still not great. It still gets caught at 4k and still doesnt like it when i boost... Any ideas?

Ps: she is pretty much vaccuumleak-less (spent 2 cans of starting fluid looking for a leak and never found one

Is it boost dependant or throttle. Maybe you secondary throttle plates are sticking, just a thought.
