TII leaning out under light throttle/boost - normal?

I've noticed this more in the past month or so, maybe the warmer air is causing it?

I've been having issues with the car running lean when its in low boost. Basically, anything under about 2500ish rpm and 40% throttle, it is running in the 13s and low 14s, even if say it is climbing a hill and has built as much as 4-6 psi of boost. It then all of the sudden will step down into the 11s where it should be, but it doesn't seem to do this at a specific throttle, rpm, or boost position, its more of a "when it feels like it" thing. It gets auto-x'd all of the time and its never had an issue at full boost/high rpm. Maybe related: it seems like pulling my tire trailer makes this worse

It doesn't seem to be detonating, else I'm sure I would have lost the engine already, but I guess I just don't feel great tooling around in the 14s under pressure. I searched and it seemed like this was relatively normal, but I'm an engineer and tend to over-think things. Fuel pump voltage is fine. Is there a test for the pressure sensor? SAFC is wired to the throttle. Help?

AFRs are from a NGK AFX wideband and the throttle/rpm is from the SAFC. MBC @ 12lbs, 550 primaries, Knightsports FCD, ported WG, Supra fuel pump.

On stock ECU i noticed the car would stay in closed loop at lighter throttle and low boost. I have to assume it is normal
