hey guys, im new to the 2nd gen but not the rx7's. i have a third gen but im trying to get the little bro a senond gen. the one we are looking at is clean visually. it is an 89 Tii. black on black leather. has about 73K miles on the original motor. compression numbers are good. has some goodies on the side, but the car is the main POV here. what id the average price for these monsters. i dont want to pay a lot for the car if its not worth it. he is asking 10K firm. to me that seems a bit high as third gens go for just a few thousand mre. thought id ask before i got suckered

u could should offer at least 6 r 7G's but if u really want bring down to half if u noe how to handle the negotiations

$10k is too high a price I could get a third gen for that.I would say the car is worth 5 - 6 thousand tops.Also depends on mods too.

 

4-5500 USD depending on nit picking.

I'd say if you walked there with 5000 cash, they'd proabably bite.
