TII hood scoop cover

I have been searching for a while and cant find who makes the panel that covers the front of the hood scoop. Basically what you would get if you go front mount IC or a NA for a cowl look. Any help appreciated

R.E. Amemiya made the original piece.

On FMIC, why do you need to cover the hole?
You can leave it or find a non-turbo hood, if the hole bothers you that much.
