TII exhaust sleeves in NA housings

I have seen the write ups on how to remove the exhaust sleeves fromt he housings and have done this successfully. However, when I try to put the TII exhaust sleeves in NA rotor housings, they stick out about 1/8". Has anyone else had this problem? I am curious because it seems people have done this, but I have not seen any problems reported.

I figured it out. NAs have an 1/8" steel spacer ring behind the sleeve that needs to be pressed out as well.
