TII engine rebuild?

O.K. I have found an 87 TII with 140,000 miles(original engine) for $2500. I know this engine won't last forever. My father is a mechanic so we would rebuild it ourselves. How much are the rebuild kits for this engine. Also if I get higher compression rotors(like the 89-91 TIIs have) will i get the 200hp or maybe higher with higher compression rotors. Probably will take it and get it ported while its apart. Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

I myself bought a 10thAE with 125,000 km. It lasted to about 137,000 km. Of course i was not running stock boost and brought it to the track.

Just finished putting in a new rebuilt engine. I did use 93 rotors and 90 plates. Problem with that is the garage did not use the proper counter weight so I have a vibration at idle. I do have a light weight flywheel installed as well. I can't really blame the garage because I gave him all the parts and didn't mention that the counter weight with all the parts were from an 88. I'm not even sure on which counter weight to use?

I had my engine ported as well but I heard that using higher compression rotors you need to be more carefully with tuning. More chances of detonetion? I'm sure I have more then 200hp.
