TII Emissions Removal Help Needed!
I removed all of the emissions equipment on my JDM S4 TII engine(BAC, ACV, Solenoids, Rats Nest, Air Pump, etc.) and blocked everything off. My question is, what should I do with the wires to the equipment? Do I just unplug them and leave them dangling or do I have somehow use them to make the car run right. The engine will idle and revs fine for about 20 seconds, but then it starts to bounce the RPMs by about 200rpm at speeds above 1700RPMs.

You can just leave them unplugged if you want and it'll work fine. If you want you can tidy things up by cutting the plugs off, insulating theends and taping the wires into the loom.
Your idle issues are probably a combination of the idle speed and TPS needing to be adjusted.
And BTW, the BAC valve is idle speed control, not emissions...
