Tii Ecu??

Just curious, but I wanted to know if N/A could operate from a TII ecu. I read in a post a month or so ago, someone stated you could do it, the car would just run like crap. Not looking for any performance gains, just curious.

Right now I am in the process of looking for an 88 TII wiring harness and the ECU. I will have a WTB post in the parts for sale/wanted

It should work, but just like you said it would run a little shitty. I have an ECU from an 87' TII, because when doing my auto to manual tranny swap in my 91' NA, I used a TII tranny from an 87'. I was told that I'd need a TII ECU along with my other components in order for it to work, but it turns out that the ECU wasn't even needed. Besides, the connectors are different anyway, and it would take some rewiring in order for it to plug into the wiring harness.
