TII axles and NA axles interchangeable?

I have a Shop here locally that makes heavy duty axles
for mostly FWD cars....

I talked to the owner
and I asked about getting a Heavy duty racing set done
for my TII

He said it would not be a problem
but would need a set to measure..etc to produce

Now I don't have a extra set of TII axles laying around
but i can get my hands on a pair of NA ones

My question is are they interchangeable
does one fit the other? (diff)

The length is different. t2 rearends are wider, thus the axles must be shorter to fit in the same space (FC chassis). I have noticed no other difference, such as bolt pattern, spline pattern, diameter, etc.
